a space defined through a series of open frames. the frames create a perimeter zone around the exhibition space. large enough to be occupied the frames accommodate auxiliary functions such as reception area or smaller viewing areas. laid out out on an 10ft by 10ft grid the frames are set up in a system which can grow over time.
moveable 10ft x 10ft wall units can be used, to partition the space, to block light, as platforms, to define passage or simply as wall surface to display art. the frames situate the wall units in the space allowing them to be located to various reference points.
